Jagriti Dham Held A Lively Panel Discussion on “Ageing India”

It was a bright and sunny day in June. People began to troop into the Calcutta Press Club at 12, Dufferin Road, Kolkata, close to 2pm. The mood was lively, the people erudite, and the topic under discussion was something close to the hearts of all present.

We, Jagriti Dham, an independent and assisted living facility for seniors in Kolkata, held a Panel Discussion on a relevant and trending topic entitled: Ageing India: Exploring the Future of Elderly Population and Gerontology.

People began to take their seats and conversation died down as the Vice President of Marketing of the Infinity Group, Aninda Das, took to the podium to address the gathering…

The Need for Such Healthy Discussions in Society Today

Having a discussion with knowledgeable people can enlighten, engage, and stimulate the mind to come up with new and different ideas to solve societal problems. It’s no different from a brainstorming session and that was our aim. We did not want people to leave without being impacted by the discussion, and we humbly acknowledge that we achieved just that! Several persons came up to us post the discussion and said that they were touched by what they had heard and witnessed.
